Raise your spirits and garden beds by joining us on the farm for our raised garden bed workshop! During this workshop, we will be learning home farming techniques on beginning to sow and care for raised garden beds. Attendees can expect to help outdoors with re-establishing our farm beds by layering logs, cardboard, and garden soil in our beds. We will be both starting new beds and re-establishing existing beds from previous years just in time for the spring season! This is a great opportunity to learn about sustainable home farming practices and take knowledge from the farm to yours back at home. No prior experience is needed to participate.

Expect:

Weeding

Stacking and cutting logs

Tearing and layering cardboard

Learning about soil composition

Sowing seeds and learning about home farming techniques

What to bring:

Gardening gloves
